Cathy’s Forthcoming Adventures
2016 has been a year of two big trips. In May I was a part of team that did a successful ski ascent of Mount Logan, the second highest peak in North America. And then I spent much of the summer doing long rock routes in Wyoming and Idaho. The high-point of that trip was doing the Grand Traverse of the Tetons.
As the days get shorter and the year draws to a closer it’s time to focus on writing and speaking. In November and December I am in the UK giving a series of talks about Mount Logan.
Adventures don’t need to be in remote locations to be worthwhile. From January of 2017, I’ll be settling in to the Chamonix to enjoy the superb skiing and ski-mountaineering to be found at the foot of the Mont Blanc.
Plans are afoot for later in 2017, and in 2018 but nothing ready to announced just yet.
